Role Summary

We are seeking an Installer to safely and efficiently install a wide variety of products, from home appliances and furniture to sophisticated electronics, directly at customer sites. This role is fundamental to enhancing customer satisfaction via expert service and accurate installation.

Key Duties

• Deliver and transport products securely to residential or commercial locations.
• Unpack, assemble, and install products following manufacturer instructions and internal guidelines.
• Perform checks before installation and testing after installation to ensure proper operation.
• Instruct customers on product usage, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, professionally addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare and submit required documentation, including installation reports, delivery receipts, and feedback forms.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in optimal condition.
• Comply fully with all safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service to ensure timely installations.
• Identify and report defective or damaged products encountered during installation.

Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certifications in appliance repair or electronics installation are advantageous.
• Experience in installing or assembling products is essential.
• Strong mechanical skills and capability to solve problems efficiently.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service aptitude.
• Physical ability to handle heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Competent in using basic hand and power tools.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
• Available for flexible work schedules, including weekends and evenings.
