Inspector - Quality and Material Control

About the Role

Penspen is seeking a qualified Inspector specializing in Quality and Material Control to support one of its PMC projects based in Abu Dhabi. The appointed professional will play a crucial role in ensuring that raw materials, components during production, and final products meet the required quality benchmarks, comply with client specifications, and adhere to regulatory standards within the industry.

Qualifications and Experience

• The candidate must hold an Engineering Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required, with at least 5 years dedicated to large-scale oil and gas processing projects.
• Strong familiarity with material specifications pertinent to the oil and gas sector is essential.
• Proven expertise in material verification, thorough documentation, process monitoring, testing, and measurement activities.
• Possession of specialized certifications like the Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) accredited by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) will be advantageous.
• Prior experience working with ADNOC is considered an added benefit.
