Role Overview
This position is for an Import and Export Executive working in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector in Vadodara. The role focuses on EXIM operations, documentation, compliance, coordination, and market-facing support for international trade activities.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers end-to-end import-export execution, including documentation, regulatory checks, logistics follow-up, and coordination with vendors and clients. The person will also be expected to work with export portals and support government license-related activities.
- Manage import and export officer/manager-level operations
- Prepare and maintain documentation while ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Coordinate shipping, logistics, and movement-related activities
- Handle communication and follow-up with vendors as well as clients
- Support regulatory review and basic market research work
- Operate export portals as part of daily EXIM processing
- Assist with government licensing and related formalities
Experience and System Knowledge
The profile requires 2 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical EXIM operations. Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is mandatory.
Eligibility
Applicants from the following backgrounds may apply: B.Pharma in any specialization, B.B.A. or B.M.S. in Logistics Management, Diploma in Pharma, Export and Import Management, or any graduate qualification.
Compensation
The offered package is INR 3,00,000 to INR 6,50,000 per year.
