Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Implementation Engineer who will take ownership of the complete software deployment lifecycle—starting from understanding client requirements to ensuring successful product launch and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation process for clients, including conducting User Acceptance Testing and providing support post-launch.
- Interpret and analyze business needs, while demonstrating the product through detailed presentations.
- Maintain effective client relationships at various organizational levels.
- Manage project-related documentation and monitor deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Deliver user training sessions and obtain sign-offs on project milestones.
- Utilize SQL and database management skills to support implementation tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 0 to 3 years of experience in application support roles.
- Exhibit strong analytical thinking paired with excellent communication abilities.
- Have familiarity with healthcare software applications.
- Hold a degree in BE, MCA, B.Tech, BCA, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate readiness to travel as required by project needs.
