Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments of sensitive documents to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Manage records accurately by selecting and retrieving files following specific requests and inventory instructions, including identifying documents for authorized destruction.
- Operate inventory management systems and handheld scanning devices to track and process client orders accurately while maintaining strict inventory integrity.
- Safeguard client assets by ensuring proper handling, secure stacking, and wrapping of delicate or sensitive materials.
- Comply with all system procedures, Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001, Sarbanes-Oxley, and site-specific protocols to uphold standards and internal asset relocations.
- Provide mentorship and training to new team members to support team development.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a secure workplace and protecting company assets, equipment, and systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to analyze documents accurately.
- Proficient in computer systems navigation and inventory management software.
- Experience or familiarity with warehouse operations, document handling, and secure asset management.
- High level of confidentiality and professional conduct when managing sensitive information.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of working independently.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks.
