  • Validate invoices against agreed pricing, measurement sheets, and verified job completion.
  • Track transactional progress and provide reporting to assist regional planning and contractor deployment.
  • Collaborate with contractors to handle calibration documentation, validation records, and related files.
  • Maintain measurement sheets and supporting documentation for ICA work performed through frameworks or direct contracts.
  • Offer routine administrative support to ensure uninterrupted operations within water and wastewater assets.
  • Keep detailed records and control documentation to maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance.
  • Adhere strictly to Uisce Éireann's procurement, financial, and governance protocols in all transactions.
  • Promote uniformity and standard practices for ICA transactional processes across regions.
  • Liaise with ICA Regional Leads, Supervisors, Finance, Procurement teams, and contractors/service providers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a transactional or administrative role within operational settings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PR/PO workflows, receipting, and invoice management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when handling financial and contractual information.
  • Capacity to prioritize numerous tasks effectively in a high-volume business-as-usual (BAU) environment.
  • Excellent communication and skills in engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Desirable: familiarity with instrumentation, control, automation, engineering or maintenance support functions.
  • Desirable: understanding of public sector procurement, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Desirable: experience navigating enterprise resource systems like SAP or ServiceNow.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive time management, and ability to handle workload systematically.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Dedicated to maintaining quality, consistency, and governance standards.

Benefits and Work Conditions

  • Hybrid work model offering location flexibility across Dublin, Cork, or Castlebar.
  • Engagement within critical national infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience working with complex operational, financial, and compliance processes.
  • Membership in a cooperative and professional team environment.
