Position Purpose
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs, organizing professional development programs, and managing employee performance evaluation processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure continuous staff development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department managers to determine training and development requirements.
- Develop and monitor the annual training and staff development plan.
- Coordinate both internal and external training sessions.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Manage and track employee performance evaluation procedures.
- Oversee performance cycles and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports related to training, performance, and employee development.
- Assist in recruitment and employee data administration processes.
- Ensure accurate and confidential management of documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Advanced English language skills.
