شركة إجادة لتحصيل الديون offers a career opportunity for the role of Human Resources Specialist based in Riyadh. This role demands a professional with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various HR functions and Saudi labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out recruitment and talent acquisition processes thoroughly, ensuring all hiring procedures are properly managed.
- Manage employee affairs including contract handling, leaves, attendance, and absence tracking.
- Familiarize and actively work with government platforms like Qiwa, Social Insurance, Mada, and Muqeem for compliance and procedural purposes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the human resources field.
- Solid understanding of Saudi labor regulations and work-related laws.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office products, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills.
- Proven communication, organizational, time management capabilities, and teamwork skills.
