Role Overview
This full-time role, offering remote or hybrid work options, involves managing the daily HR operations at SERP Forge. The Human Resources Specialist will handle all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment status changes, and offboarding. Responsibilities encompass administering HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, maintaining precise personnel records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also includes supporting managers with HR-related concerns, facilitating performance reviews and feedback, and driving employee engagement efforts. Collaboration with leadership is key to align HR initiatives with the company's culture, fostering an inclusive and positive workplace environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in Human Resources and HR management, with a focus on operational support.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and employee benefits, including compliance and administration.
