Job Summary
A prominent construction firm overseeing significant projects in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Human Resources Officer for their Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing various human resource functions tailored to both national and international workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for positions within Saudi Arabia and international assignments.
- Coordinate administrative processes related to international mobility, encompassing visas, work permits, employee mobilization, relocation, demobilization, and repatriation.
- Manage the relocation and international mobility concerns of employees and their dependents.
- Maintain and update employee records and information using SAP systems as well as corporate databases for the MENA region.
- Administer employee benefit programs, especially those related to international medical insurance and educational allowances designed for expatriate employees.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven work experience as a Human Resources Officer within Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity or experience in the construction or engineering sectors is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
