About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager who can help strengthen and scale people practices across the organization. This position focuses on building effective HR systems, supporting business growth, improving employee development, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out the HR strategy and yearly plan so they support the company’s overall goals.
- Handle the complete hiring and onboarding process, starting from workforce planning through to employee induction.
- Draft and improve HR policies, processes, organizational frameworks, and role descriptions.
- Build performance management frameworks and track important KPIs.
- Assess learning needs and design ongoing development plans for employees.
- Map career progressions, promotion tracks, succession plans, and backup staffing strategies.
- Manage payroll, employee benefits, attendance, leave administration, and personnel records.
- Address employee concerns, resolve disputes, and contribute to a healthier workplace culture.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
- Oversee updates and follow-ups on official government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, and the Wage Protection System.
- Prepare HR analytics and reports covering recruitment, performance, training, attrition, and workforce trends.
- Administer ERP and HR software tools and help automate HR workflows.
- Lead the HR team and work closely with departments across the business.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in HR, including work in supervisory or managerial capacities.
- Solid understanding of Saudi labor regulations and related government systems is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and payroll.
- Practical exposure to ERP and HR platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho People, Jisr, MenaITech, or comparable systems.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Excel is needed.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
