Overview
Grand Hyatt Goa is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the overall efficiency of the department while staying aligned with Hyatt International’s corporate direction and brand expectations. The position plays an important role in helping the Human Resources team meet the needs of employees, guests, and ownership.
Role Summary
This position supports the day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources Department within the Human Resources Division. You will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and help put Hyatt’s People Philosophy into practice across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth functioning of the Human Resources department on a daily basis.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in rolling out Hyatt’s People Philosophy throughout the property.
- Help ensure HR activities remain consistent with Hyatt International’s corporate strategy and brand standards.
- Contribute to meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and ownership through effective HR support.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a university degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, or Hospitality/Tourism management. A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Human Resources Coordinator in a larger operation is preferred.
Additional Requirements
Strong problem-solving ability, solid administrative capability, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
