Role overview
Grand Hyatt Doha is looking for an Event Sales Manager to grow revenue by winning event business, building strong client partnerships, and handling the full sales cycle from first enquiry to signed contract. The position also requires close coordination with the event operations team so that client needs are delivered effectively while protecting venue performance and event profitability.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of background in event sales, hospitality sales, venue sales, or an equivalent commercial role.
- A demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
