Job Responsibilities
- Administer activities related to PF and ESIC portals, including registering new members, processing withdrawal requests, managing transfer claims, and updating KYC information.
- Support senior HR staff in daily operational and administrative HR activities, focusing on statutory compliance.
- Utilize Excel proficiently for various HR and administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Knowledge of labor laws, including PF, ESIC, gratuity, wages, and bonus regulations.
- Familiarity with time office management and contract labor management.
- Ability to maintain statutory compliance in a fast-paced environment.
