Role Overview
We are seeking empathetic professionals with excellent interpersonal abilities interested in fostering strong employee relations. This hands-on position demands someone adept at managing employee and workplace challenges swiftly while partnering with business leaders to implement effective HR strategies aimed at talent management, organizational efficiency, workforce planning, and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to create and implement HR strategies focusing on workforce effectiveness and employee involvement.
- Understand company goals to recommend innovative HR policies and procedures that promote continuous improvement in organizational objectives and productivity.
- Maintain awareness of employee sentiment to sustain high engagement.
- Adopt a solutions-oriented mindset to identify and resolve challenges in a results-driven environment.
- Participate in strategic projects across diverse domains fostering innovation and value creation.
- Work closely with managers to address cases and identify training needs to suggest appropriate interventions.
- Lead design and modification of HR processes related to performance management, recruitment, and rewards.
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
- Experience managing teams.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong assertiveness combined with project management competence.
- Detail-oriented with aptitude to analyze and present data and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Location: Vadodara, India (On-site)
Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Minimum education
Master's Degree
