Role overview
CSCEC Steel Industries L.L.C. is hiring a Saudi National HSE Officer to support safety operations on steel structure construction work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires practical site-safety experience, a strong grasp of Saudi occupational safety regulations, and the ability to work closely with clients and local authorities.
The position offers a monthly salary of SAR 9,000.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out regular site safety rounds, spot hazards, and verify that project safety requirements are being followed.
- Maintain HSE records, including inspection logs, incident and accident reports, risk assessments, and emergency response documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and Saudi authorities during audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Oversee safe work practices on site, make sure procedures are followed, and confirm proper PPE usage.
- Assist with toolbox talks, safety inductions, and general HSE awareness activities at the worksite.
- Support procurement by helping arrange urgent materials needed for workshop or site safety activities.
Requirements
- Candidates must be Saudi nationals.
- Native-level English is required, and Arabic fluency is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of HSE experience in steel structure projects, fabrication workshops, or civil construction sites in the Middle East is needed.
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or an equivalent safety certification is preferred.
- Applicants should have a strong understanding of Saudi HSE laws, compliance procedures, and regulatory standards.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive execution, a strong safety-first mindset, and solid communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

This opportunity is open only to Saudi nationals and is based onsite in Riyadh. The role is focused on supporting HSE performance across steel construction activities and ensuring compliance with both project standards and local regulatory requirements.
