About the role
VortexWeb is looking for an HR & Recruitment Executive to join its Noida office. The company works on CRM implementation, custom software development, and digital transformation services for clients in the UAE, India, and other international markets. It is headquartered in Dubai and operates a delivery centre in Noida. The business is founder-led and growing quickly.
Role summary
This position covers complete recruitment support along with core HR coordination tasks. The selected candidate will handle hiring from sourcing to onboarding, while also supporting attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain attendance and leave-related records.
- Coordinate with the payroll process as needed.
Work arrangement
This is a work-from-office role based in Noida. The standard work pattern is 5 days a week.
Compensation
The offered pay range is INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month, along with incentives.
Eligibility
Applicants should be any graduate and ideally have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
