HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

Overview

GTech Web Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the comprehensive recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles at their Salt Lake Sector V office in Kolkata. This position requires a candidate with at least two years of recruitment experience and the capacity to manage simultaneous bulk hiring projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various IT and Non-IT vacancies.
• Source and screen candidates using a variety of job portals, ensuring a strong selection pool.
• Arrange interviews and monitor progress to facilitate timely hiring decisions.
• Oversee large-scale hiring drives while maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and generate regular recruitment reports.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of recruitment experience, which is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in managing bulk hiring for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Prior experience working with recruitment consultancies will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with domestic circuit hiring processes is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of popular job portals including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and Job Hai.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively within teams.
• Availability to join within 10 to 15 days, with preference for immediate starters.

Additional Details

• Working schedule is from Monday to Saturday with Sunday as a fixed day off.
• Shift timing is from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• The recruitment process includes face-to-face interviews held at the office location.
• The office is located in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.

Compensation

The salary for this role is competitive and aligned with current market standards, typically within the range of 15,000 to 25,000 INR per month.
