HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are urgently seeking motivated HR Recruiters for various locations in Gujarat, including Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Morbi, Amreli, Jamnagar, and Porbandar. The position involves handling comprehensive recruitment activities with an attractive compensation package and a standard five-day workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth communication.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and headhunting techniques.
• Facilitate onboarding procedures for newly recruited staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and manpower hiring.
• Proficient in navigating recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Shine, and Apna.
• Ability to source candidates for diverse positions across junior, mid, senior, and higher levels.
• Experience recruiting for ITI and Diploma roles, manufacturing, field sales, BFSI, eCommerce, banking, non-IT sectors, as well as white and blue-collar hires.
• Graduate degree mandatory.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools, Google Sheets, and Google Drive is essential.
• Strong communication skills in English, along with knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati.

Additional Details

• Salary ranges from ₹2.50 LPA to ₹4.80 LPA plus attractive incentives.
