Position Summary
A leading organization based in Dubai is seeking a dedicated HR Executive responsible for comprehensive human resource functions including payroll management, employee lifecycle administration, and regulatory compliance across GCC nations and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete HR operations such as payroll execution, managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, and ensuring adherence to compliance protocols within specified regions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support throughout their tenure independently, ensuring smooth HR processes.
Essential Qualifications
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience specifically in HR operations.
- Demonstrate proficient use of Keka HRMS as a core tool for HR management (mandatory requirement).
- Experienced in handling UAE-specific payroll processes including WPS (Wages Protection System) and relevant HR law compliance.
Preferred Experience
- Background in working with group companies or managing HR functions across multiple countries is advantageous.
