Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to oversee the comprehensive recruitment process and day-to-day HR functions at our organization. This role requires managing recruitment across all locations, collaborating with various managers, handling employee records, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS reports, employee data, and other HR documentation with strict accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist in employee lifecycle management including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and handling exit processes.
