About The Role
The Job Factory is actively seeking a dedicated HR Executive for its Bengaluru office located at Infantry Road, Shivajinagar. This full-time position operates during the day shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and is open to freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience. The compensation package aligns with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening their profiles, and scheduling interviews.
- Advertise job vacancies on various job portals and social media channels to attract suitable candidates.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and handle HR documentation efficiently.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and induction sessions for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Provide assistance in payroll processes and monitor attendance records.
- Contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fundamental understanding of HR functions and recruitment procedures.
- Experience or familiarity with leading job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn is preferred.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
