Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Coordinator for our team based in Haverhill, Massachusetts. This role is a long-term contract position key to supporting various HR operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and comply with organizational policies. This opportunity is well-suited for candidates with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing growth and development within human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
- Handle daily HR administrative duties including maintaining employee files and facilitating communication.
- Perform background verifications and confirm employment eligibility in accordance with company standards.
- Utilize HRIS platforms to maintain and update employee records effectively.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies, resolving concerns promptly.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
- Serve as an accessible contact point for employee questions and provide support as needed.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations related to key metrics and activities.
- Collaborate across teams to align HR practices with broader organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in HR administration or closely related functions.
- Knowledge of onboarding workflows and procedural standards.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems for employee data management.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and regulatory mandates.
