We are recruiting on behalf of a Haystack partner for an HR Analyst position focused on benefits administration and compliance management.

Manage administration of US-based retirement plans including funding processes, file handling, audits, and compliance tracking.
Oversee relationships and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors involved in relocation, retirement, employee recognition, and health and welfare programs.
Maintain the benefits compliance calendar to ensure all legal and programmatic requirements are met accurately and on schedule.
Act as an escalation resource for complex benefit-related inquiries, finding resolutions within established program guidelines.
Lead efforts to integrate benefits plans for newly acquired companies into existing systems.
Administer Leave of Absence and ADA accommodation requests, collaborating with HR Business Partners to uphold legal compliance.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
Minimum of four years’ experience in Human Resources with a concentration on employee benefits and wellness programs.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors preferred.
Knowledge of relevant regulations including COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ADA, and FMLA.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities coupled with a customer service mindset.
