Overview
IDR is recruiting an HR Advisor for a premier client based in Boston, MA. The role is suited for an HR expert who excels in a service-focused setting and enjoys assisting employees, supervisors, and related internal partners across various HR functions. This role requires solid experience with HR systems, strong communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact point for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, offering prompt and precise assistance.
- Address questions relating to benefits, company policies, HR programs, and employee records primarily via phone and email correspondence.
- Assist with employee lifecycle events, data management, and policy-driven administrative tasks.
- Provide guidance on using HR self-service platforms while advocating for enhancements to improve the employee experience.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives by evaluating feedback, identifying improvement areas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proficient with PeopleSoft and Workday HR systems.
- A strong customer service orientation, capable of managing sensitive or challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities to address routine and moderately complex issues.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Bilingual abilities are considered a plus.
