Primary Purpose

As a Housekeeping Attendant, your key role is to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, ensuring every visitor experiences exceptional hospitality and comfort. This role also requires effective teamwork and supportive guest interaction beyond physical cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms including linen changes, bathroom sanitation, and surface cleaning to create a pristine environment.
• Adhere strictly to established standards and procedures to uphold the highest quality of cleanliness.
• Keep housekeeping trolleys well-stocked and orderly for efficient work.
• Handle cleaning supplies safely in line with safety guidelines to maintain workplace security.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times, contributing to their comfort and peace of mind.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues to ensure continuous guest satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or room attendant role is advantageous.
• Possess friendly and warm communication skills that make guests and coworkers feel welcome.
• Have a keen attention to detail, manage time effectively, and take pride in completing tasks thoroughly.
• Physically capable of moving between rooms, including negotiating stairs and open spaces.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate successfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
