Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a starting wage of $14.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and offices.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to company procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact courteously and positively with residents, staff, and visitors, delivering quality customer service.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications and Physical Demands

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with building occupants and HCSG leadership.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Physically capable of lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds, and standing, sitting, bending, or walking for long periods.
• Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals.
• Capable of understanding and following both oral and written instructions.
• Must reside within the service area.
