Job description
Role Overview
An exclusive, newlywed couple based in Nad Al Sheba, Dubai is seeking a seasoned Household Manager and Personal Assistant. This is an onsite, live-out position requiring a candidate who can independently oversee the daily operations of a private residence, ensuring all functions run seamlessly with minimal guidance. Proficiency in French is highly preferred.
Key Duties
- Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day management of the household and a small domestic team.
- Create, implement, and maintain organized household systems and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate household staff including housekeeping and laundry personnel.
- Manage household inventory, supplies, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Run errands and engage with external service providers as needed.
- Supervise property maintenance, timely repairs, and preventive servicing schedules.
- Handle calendar, appointments, and manage various household schedules.
- Manage the household expense card responsibly, keeping precise records and preparing weekly and monthly expense reports.
- Maintain the residence to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Anticipate household needs, proactively address issues, and demonstrate professionalism and discretion at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Household Manager, Estate Manager, or Personal Assistant in a private or luxury household setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Leadership skills with experience managing household staff.
- Preferably holding a valid UAE driving license.
- Highly trustworthy, discrete, resourceful, and self-sufficient.
