Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated House Manager to oversee household operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities. The role involves managing a team of staff, coordinating maintenance, monitoring supplies, and providing regular updates on household affairs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 10 employees and manage daily attendance records.
- Assign duties each morning and ensure punctuality among staff members.
- Coordinate leave requests and arrange replacements as needed.
- Oversee housekeeping quality and standards.
- Arrange for repair and maintenance services including electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, and carpenters.
- Maintain an updated list of pending maintenance tasks.
- Manage procurement of household supplies and check grocery inventory regularly.
- Ensure timely cleaning and servicing of vehicles.
- Provide daily evening updates through WhatsApp messages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent spoken Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
- Comfortable utilizing WhatsApp for communication.
- Ability to maintain simple records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Effective vendor management and strong follow-up capabilities.
- Exhibited honesty, discipline, and reliability.
