About the Role
Cracker Barrel is looking for a Host to create a welcoming first impression for guests and help keep the dining room running smoothly. You will greet visitors as they arrive, manage the waitlist, keep guests updated, and make sure tables are ready for the next party. The role is focused on hospitality, teamwork, and helping each guest feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
- Handle the waitlist and organize the flow of seating.
- Keep guests informed with friendly updates while they wait.
- Make sure tables are cleared and prepared for the next group.
- Help maintain a smooth, guest-friendly dining room experience.

Training and Experience
