Role Overview

As a Host at Montana's, you will be the first and last point of contact for every guest. Your warm smile, enthusiasm, and friendly demeanor will set the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant
• Manage the flow of guests, including table turns and seating arrangements
• Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately
• Handle phone calls professionally and respond to guest questions
• Maintain and manage wait lists while engaging courteously with guests
• Provide a friendly farewell to guests, thanking them and encouraging their return
