Home Loan Executive

Overview

Innovsource Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Home Loan Executive to be based in Guwahati, Assam. This role involves sales and business development activities focused on home loans and related financial products.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed area, lane, and geography mapping regularly with supervisor assistance to identify new lead sources within the assigned territory and report progress during daily team meetings.
• Manage and nurture relationships with all assigned sources located in the designated geographic area to maximize lead generation and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity reports and daily diaries in the required format to track performance and processes.
• Identify requirements for recruiting channel partners and facilitate their onboarding when necessary.
• Participate actively in daily team huddles following established protocols.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by fostering and sustaining strong relationships with clients throughout the loan process.
• Ensure submission of fully completed loan application forms along with all necessary documentation and information to facilitate smooth processing.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Applicants must hold a graduate degree from any academic discipline.
• A minimum of one year experience in home loan, personal loan, or business loan sales is mandatory.
• Experience handling multiple financial products and cross-selling capabilities is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as part of job requirements; possessing a valid driving license is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and partners.

Additional Information

Work location and interviews will both take place in Guwahati, Assam. The position offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 22,000 to 26,000.
