Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver based in Aberdare, Wales. Role Purpose

We are seeking motivated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in outstanding customer service and enjoy spending their day on the road. As the face of Iceland, you will be responsible for delivering groceries to customers while ensuring the highest standards in handling and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Maintain safe driving standards at all times.
• Conduct routine van checks before commencing deliveries.
• Ensure groceries arrive in excellent condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during each interaction.
• Assist store staff when necessary.
• Work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.
• Adapt to varied shift patterns that may fall between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for a minimum of three years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines reliably.
• Possess a strong understanding and awareness of road safety practices.
