Iceland Foods is looking for a Home Delivery Driver in St Neots, England. This is a full-time, on-site position with an hourly pay rate of £13.71. The role suits someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and interacting with customers while representing the brand on the road.

What the job involves
You will be responsible for delivering groceries directly to customers and acting as the public face of Iceland. The role combines safe driving, careful handling of goods, and friendly service to ensure every delivery reaches the customer in good condition.
Key duties
- Load the van safely and follow proper manual handling practices, including lifting heavy items where needed.
- Drive in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
- Carry out vehicle checks before and during use.
- Make sure customer orders arrive in the best possible condition.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service during every drop-off.
- Support store operations when extra help is needed.
- Work on your own initiative and manage time effectively.
- Be available for shifts that may fall anywhere between 6:00am and 11:00pm.
Candidate profile
Applicants should hold a full driving licence that has been in place for at least 3 years and should have no more than 6 penalty points. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, approachable, customer-focused, punctual, able to meet deadlines, and mindful of road safety.
Pay and benefits
