H&M Home Sales Advisor 20 Hours

About the role

H&M Home is looking for a sales advisor to join its Concept Store in White City, London. The role is focused on delivering a memorable shopping experience, supporting sales on the shop floor, and helping strengthen the brand across store, online, and shop-in-shop channels.

This is a 20-hour part-time position with an onsite schedule. The employer is seeking someone with flexibility to work during the week, including evenings from Monday to Friday, as well as on weekends.

What you will do

• Put customers first and consistently deliver friendly, high-quality service.
• Represent H&M Group values and the H&M Home brand identity in day-to-day work.
• Follow accounting, payroll, and cash-handling procedures to stay compliant and reduce losses.
• Work closely with colleagues to support store performance and improve sales.
• Coordinate with the management team to keep store routines, administration, and policy updates current.
• Create an inspiring store atmosphere that encourages customers to engage with the products and purchase confidently.
