Health Informatics Analyst

Role Overview

Alignerr collaborates with leading AI research teams worldwide to develop and train advanced artificial intelligence models. We are seeking Health Informatics Analysts to leverage their clinical data knowledge in improving AI systems' comprehension, reasoning, and accurate representation of healthcare information.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-produced healthcare content, data outputs, and clinical workflows to ensure accuracy and practical relevance.
• Utilize your expertise with electronic health records and clinical data to assess AI responses within medical and clinical contexts for correctness and quality.
• Detect errors, inconsistencies, or omissions in AI-generated healthcare informatics content and provide comprehensive, structured feedback.
• Review and annotate datasets associated with clinical operations, health information systems, and patient data workflows.
• Work asynchronously with an international team of domain experts on specific, task-oriented projects.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience working with healthcare data, including EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner, or clinical reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to manage and assess complex health datasets.
• Capability to scrutinize clinical and operational data for accuracy, completeness, and logical consistency.
• Ability to work independently on structured, task-based assignments.
• Effective and precise written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data annotation, quality assurance, or use of evaluation frameworks.
• Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or medical coding.
• Knowledge of interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
• Prior collaborative work with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
