Job Overview

Lead the design and execution of sophisticated training programs tailored for the Skills and Education division within Adani Group. Ensure these initiatives align closely with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement advanced training curriculums addressing organizational needs and industry trends.
• Drive faculty development by advancing upskilling and reskilling activities to improve teaching and technical competencies.
• Oversee curriculum development that blends technical knowledge, managerial skills, and educational theories, keeping relevance to the evolving job market.
• Collaborate across departments to identify competency gaps and devise precise training remedies.
• Leverage digital learning platforms and technology to deliver engaging and scalable training experiences.
• Regularly assess training effectiveness via data analytics and participant feedback, initiating ongoing enhancements.
• Build and lead a high-performing educational team emphasizing innovation and excellence.
• Forge partnerships with academic bodies, industry leaders, and technology vendors to enrich program quality and outreach.
• Ensure training initiatives reflect corporate priorities, including emerging sectors like green energy, data centers, and infrastructure projects.
• Integrate educational science best practices and management principles to maximize learning impact.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 15 years’ proven experience in training, faculty development, or academic program leadership.
• Specialized expertise in technical training, educational sciences, and organizational management focused on large-scale programs.
• Successful history of partnering with academic and industry stakeholders to develop effective training solutions.

Educational Background

• Master's degree in Education, Management, or relevant discipline required.
• Doctoral degree or higher certifications in Educational Sciences or Training Management is highly desirable.

Experience Profile

• Extensive leadership experience (15+ years) driving training and development in large corporate or educational settings.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovative training aligned with business goals.
