About Yummy

Founded in Munich in 2021, Yummy is driven by a clear mission: Real Food. Now. We create healthy, plant-based instant meals that truly delight — fast, affordable, and Nutri-Score A rated. Our business is growing exponentially, both online and in retail. Currently in over 2,000 points of sale, we aim to reach 6,000 by year-end. Our operations must scale accordingly, transitioning from founder-led to a professional setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full supply chain, production, and fulfillment processes from raw material sourcing to customer delivery.
• Manage and develop our production and logistics partners to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Source raw materials with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and availability.
• Establish lean controlling and planning workflows to optimize performance.
• Maintain a vigilant focus on working capital, including inventory, accounts payable, and cash cycle management.
• Gradually build and grow the operations team to support scaling demands.
• Leverage AI and digital tools naturally to optimize operational processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production, preferably within FMCG or food sectors.
• Proven learning from leading industry figures and readiness to take the next step by making Yummy’s supply chain and operations your signature project.
• Strong analytical skills complemented by a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience managing external partners and suppliers effectively.
• A passion for rethinking structures and enhancing professional processes.
• Native user of AI technologies—knowing when and how to apply them for operational advantage.
• Belief in the possibility of building a unicorn company with a lean team and determination to prove it.
• Fluency in both German and English languages.
