This opportunity is offered through a partner company based in France seeking a Head of Marketing to lead a global marketing strategy for a rapidly growing technology firm. The role involves managing the entire marketing lifecycle including demand generation, content strategy, brand growth, and driving revenue impact. It blends strategic leadership with creative storytelling, data-driven experimentation, and the utilization of AI-powered marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing vision focusing on demand creation, brand expansion, and revenue generation.
• Develop and implement multi-channel inbound marketing initiatives such as SEO/GEO, social media, email marketing, content syndication, community management, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Craft specific channel strategies to attract, engage, educate, convert, and retain target customers.
• Design scalable content frameworks grounded in compelling narratives, audience psychology, multimedia usage, and performance metrics.
• Enhance organic search visibility through evolving content strategies optimized for AI-powered discovery methods.
• Promote founder-led marketing efforts across professional networks, podcasts, speaking engagements, and media outlets.
• Employ AI agents, automation tools, and workflow systems to boost marketing efficiency and accelerate growth projects.
• Collaborate with product and partnership teams to convert product releases, integrations, and partnerships into successful go-to-market campaigns.
• Set up marketing processes and measurement frameworks for ongoing optimization of campaign performance.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate marketing teams and stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Leverage analytics and experimentation to discover growth avenues, refine conversion rates, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles specializing in demand generation, inbound marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of leading marketing teams within dynamic, high-growth tech environments.
• Ability to deliver significant revenue results via integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and cross-department projects.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills integrating creativity and analytics.
• Deep understanding of SEO/GEO, content marketing, audience development, and organic growth strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and fundamental HTML/CSS knowledge preferred.
• Competence with AI marketing tools and automation platforms including Claude, n8n, Zapier or similar technologies.
• Data-oriented approach to experimentation, performance tracking, and scaling successful marketing efforts.
• Capability to work strategically while maintaining active involvement in execution tasks.
• Adaptability and proactiveness to succeed in a remote, fast-evolving work environment.
