Position Overview
We are searching for a seasoned Head of Development to spearhead the strategy and execution of premium real estate and ultra-luxury hospitality initiatives based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct comprehensive development processes for upscale real estate and hospitality ventures from initial concept through to project delivery.
- Manage architectural designs, planning phases, coordination with consultants, and overall project implementation.
- Supervise design refinement, cost optimization, budgeting activities, and scheduling of projects.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, construction teams, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience exceeding 15 years in the fields of real estate development, hospitality, or projects categorized as ultra-luxury.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing architectural design and comprehensive project development tasks.
