About the Role

This opportunity is offered through a partner company based in Germany seeking an experienced Head of Content to lead and expand content initiatives within a global, remote-first environment. The role blends strategic leadership with tactical execution to enhance acquisition, engagement, and brand consistency across diverse platforms, including web, SEO, social media, email, and video. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a content approach that drives measurable outcomes in organic traffic, user sign-ups, and audience engagement.
Lead all SEO efforts targeting improvements in keyword rankings, search presence, and domain authority.
Create and maintain a scalable framework for consistent content production across web, social media, email, and video channels.
Ensure editorial quality, brand alignment, and compliance with regulatory standards for all content.
Mentor and guide content teams, setting performance goals and quality standards.
Track and enhance engagement metrics specific to various channels such as email, social media, and video consumption.
Design comprehensive reporting systems to communicate content impact and strategy effectiveness to stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate content strategies with growth objectives and compliance needs.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of 7 years in content strategy and leadership roles, with no less than 3 years at the Head or Director level.
Industry experience in fintech, cryptocurrencies, digital banking, or regulated fast-paced sectors.
Proven success driving metrics like organic traffic, conversions, search ranking improvements, and customer acquisition through content.
Expertise in both technical SEO and content SEO with demonstrated results.
Hands-on experience managing content across multiple platforms including web, social media, email marketing, and video.
Strong analytical skills to leverage data for informed strategy development.
Proficient leadership skills in team coaching, development, and cross-department collaboration.
Deep knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency topics with excellent communication capabilities in a distributed international workplace.
