Head – Engineering Technical Services

Job Summary

This leadership role entails overseeing all technical engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive engineering design and services throughout all phases of project execution. The position demands ensuring high technical quality and work integrity while aligning with project goals regarding safety, quality, timelines, and budget, adhering strictly to company and project protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all technical engineering disciplines, guiding teams to maintain technical excellence across projects.
• Ensure engineering services meet the required standards from concept to project completion.
• Manage the technical competence framework for all engineering roles, from entry-level graduates to senior technical authorities and discipline managers.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status, equivalent certification, or membership as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Experience Requirements

• Over 15 years of relevant post-graduate engineering experience.
• At least 8 years in senior engineering management positions on significant offshore projects and sites, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector globally and/or the Arabian Gulf region.
• Proven leadership, coordination, communication, and management skills within integrated Project, Technical, and Fabrication (PTF) organizational structures and interaction with EPIC contractors.
