Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Handyman position based in Melbourne involves a broad range of property upkeep duties. Tasks include minor carpentry, painting, patching, basic plumbing and electrical work adhering to legal safety limits, and general maintenance. The handyman will assess client needs onsite, explain work plans clearly, procure materials when necessary, and complete all jobs efficiently and safely. Responsibilities also cover tool and equipment upkeep, safety compliance, documenting completed work, and ongoing communication with clients and management. Occasional weekend or extended hours might be required based on client demands.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hands-on skills in general home maintenance such as basic carpentry, painting, minor repairs, and competent use of hand and power tools.
