About the Role

In the position of Guest Service Host at Skyline Enterprises, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Your duties include offering assistance and detailed information about Skyline's activities and food and beverage services while upholding a professional and confident demeanor towards guests.

You are expected to maintain impeccable personal grooming and exhibit meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication with a diverse customer base is crucial. Due to the nature of the role, which requires prolonged periods of standing, a good level of physical fitness is necessary. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is also required.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
