About the Role
A dynamic company is looking to hire Guest Service Clerks to operate on the islands of Half Moon Cay and Princess Cay in the Bahamas. This role involves direct interaction with cruise ship visitors, assisting them with purchases while providing exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with cruise ship guests on the islands, encouraging the sale of goods and merchandise.
- Process sales accurately, including entering transactions and packaging purchases.
- Reconcile and balance end-of-day financial transactions efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records and prepare necessary sales reports.
- Coordinate closely with fellow staff members and management for smooth operations.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills
- Proven communication excellence and strong organizational capabilities.
- Minimum of three years of experience in sales or VIP service roles.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective problem-solving aptitude.
- Prior background in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
