Role Overview
An opening is available for a Guest Relations Executive to join the Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Jumeirah brand in the lobby as a welcoming, approachable, and consistent presence for guests and visitors.
- Share engaging stories about the hotel, the destination, and the wider Jumeirah experience, including cultural and historical context.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and pass important updates to the right internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Take a proactive approach to guest interaction, gathering feedback and responding to guest needs to create memorable stays.
- Support guest services such as bookings, wayfinding, and special arrangements, ensuring requests are completed properly.
- Receive VIP guests and coordinate seamless arrivals, including check-in support, luggage handling, and tailored service touches.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is personable, confident, and comfortable building rapport with people from varied backgrounds. A genuine interest in hospitality, travel, culture, and the local area is important, along with strong written and spoken English. Additional languages are considered an advantage. The role also calls for excellent organization, attention to detail, professionalism, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working evenings, weekends, and holidays when required. Prior experience in luxury hospitality and a proactive, guest-focused mindset are preferred.
