About the Role
The Guest Experience Expert plays a vital role beyond merely ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs. This position is centered around creating unique, memorable experiences for guests by proactively offering a variety of services that assist and guide them throughout their stay. Empowered to take initiative, these experts are constantly on the move, tackling operational tasks, responding to guest requests, completing reports, and sharing information about notable local events and attractions. Every interaction is designed to become an integral part of the guest's overall experience.
Key Responsibilities and Work Conduct
Success in this role requires adhering to fundamental practices such as maintaining a safe working environment, following company policies and procedures, safeguarding confidentiality and company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication. The role demands physical activity, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, as well as handling tasks that involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these duties diligently and reliably is essential to guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent certification through a General Educational Development (GED) program.
- Prior relevant work experience: Not required.
