As a Graphic Designer on the dynamic iLottery team, you will contribute to crafting striking and engaging digital content that enhances brand presence and player interaction. This position merges creative artistry with the growing digital marketing landscape, working alongside seasoned professionals to elevate both brand and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design impactful marketing and promotional materials encompassing banners, emails, social media graphics, digital advertisements, and landing page visuals across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams to tailor creative assets for desktop, mobile, and app interfaces.
• Uphold and advance the iLottery brand identity, ensuring seamless visual consistency throughout campaigns and across marketing channels.
• Prepare production-ready files and maintain an organized digital asset library for efficient accessibility.
• Engage in brainstorming and campaign planning sessions, contributing innovative ideas.
• Work jointly with marketing and analytics teams to assess creative effectiveness and improve future design outputs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and digital marketing standards to sustain fresh and compelling visuals.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years professional experience as a graphic designer within digital-focused environments.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; knowledge of Figma is beneficial.
• A robust portfolio showcasing diverse visual styles, emphasizing digital campaigns and mobile-first development.
• A sound understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, motion graphics, and user-centered design.
• Experience in delivering marketing content across various channels including web, social media, email, and applications.
• Highly organized with exceptional file management skills and attention to detail for pixel-perfect, production-ready materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an aptitude for incorporating feedback and iterating designs swiftly.
• Additional skills in video content, motion graphics, or animation are advantageous.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.

• The position requires no travel.
• Compensation ranges from $56,000 to $104,000 annually, with actual offers reflecting factors such as experience, education, and location.

• This role is contingent on successful background checks and regulatory approvals, including possible fingerprinting and licensing as necessitated by various gaming jurisdictions worldwide.
