SAP Fioneer is inviting graduates to join its L.I.F.T. program, a development track designed to launch careers in financial services technology. The role combines practical project work with structured learning in a global software environment that operates with a start-up mindset.

From the outset, you will contribute to meaningful client work within the lending division, helping financial services organizations improve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital innovation, cloud-based solutions, and end-to-end banking process support.

The position is intended to help you grow quickly: the company sets aside time for learning so that you can become productive within roughly three months while building expertise in the products, the customer journey, and the consulting work around them.

What you will do

Requirements

Applicants should hold, or be pursuing, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or Finance.

• Strong analytical ability, including quantitative thinking and sound business judgment.
• Foundational understanding of financial services and lending.
• Genuine interest in financial services and development-related topics.
• Drive to take initiative and help create new solutions for clients.
• Comfort with social interaction and collaborative work.
