Your Role
As part of our Global Product Management Team for Service & Maintenance, you'll help innovate scalable service products like smart monitoring and maintenance solutions using our Heartbeat AI platform, aiming to offer next-generation energy services in international markets.
Responsibilities
- Advance the energy transition by shaping leading service products and digital solutions for diverse markets.
- Support the entire product lifecycle from market research and concept validation to scaling global service offerings including proactive monitoring, maintenance, and warranty services.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial teams to transform operational input into scalable product solutions and improve existing processes.
- Utilize customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends to analyze and optimize product adoption and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product deployment worldwide.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should have either completed their studies or be in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's programs with at least six months availability.
- Motivated and innovation-driven individuals eager to contribute to transformative change.
- Experience or exposure to Product/Project Management, Technology, or Process Optimization in fast-paced environments is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in both English and German (C1/C2) with excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, resources, and expectations efficiently.
- Adaptable problem solver thriving in dynamic settings.
- Collaborative team player who values collective potential.
- Comfortable with digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and open to learning new software; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with the energy market is beneficial but not required; motivation to learn is essential.
